omelette mixer

The project was commissioned by the Swiss kitchenware company Betty Bossi. The product was developed to mix omelette dough quickly and easily. The first step is to add flour, milk and salt to the container and mix by moving the handle up and down. The eggs are added in the second step to avoid lumps. The lid makes it possible to add the eggs without removing it. The geometry prevents the dough from rising to the top. The spout opening is opened or closed by turning the lid.
