Öhi is a modern interpretation of the traditional chairs from the Alpine region. The interplay of hard and soft edges gives the chair its contrasting appearance, which can be integrated in a rustic alpine hut as well as in a modern living room.The traditional structure of the chairs is broken up by the two-part seat and backrest. These consist of two angled, flat solid wood boards each. The chair is a permanent part of an exhibition at the open-air museum Ballenberg in Switzerland.
