The Kafi product family consists of an espresso maker with an intelligent induction plate, an espresso cup and a mechanically and electrically operated coffee grinder. The main feature of the design are the vertical fins. These not only serve the design language but also act like the fins of a motor or luminaire housing. The outer surface of the cup cools down more quickly, allowing the cup to be touched without a handle. The fins provide additional grip when opening the coffee maker.
